Refund policy

Thank you for choosing The Aligned Artist Method ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains how refunds work for our coaching services and digital products.

1-on-1 Coaching and Coaching Containers

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no coaching session has yet taken place. Once your first coaching session has been completed, all coaching purchases become non-refundable.

Unused coaching sessions remain available to you for up to 12 months from the original purchase date. Unused sessions are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered forfeited at our discretion.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

All digital products, downloadable resources, guides, toolkits, templates, and educational materials are delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If a digital product is delivered in error, or is technically inaccessible due to an issue on our end, please contact us at luca@alignedartistmethod.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. This provision addresses technical delivery issues only and does not create an exception to, or otherwise modify, our policy that digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.
