Where I Lost Myself and Found My Way Back

I loved this industry from the beginning: the trust of a chair, the connection with clients, the quiet skill of helping someone feel like themselves again. I built my life around that work, and I don't regret it.

But somewhere in all that giving, I stopped checking in with myself. Success started to mean how much I could take on, and for a while, that looked like it was working. It wasn't. I was running on empty, disconnected from who I actually was, and further from peace than I let on. Somewhere along the way, success began to come at the expense of who I was becoming, and I didn't realize it until much later.

The shift didn't come from another certification or another system. It came from learning to see myself differently, as someone worth the same care I gave everyone else. That rebuilding began long before anyone else could see it: learning to slow down, to actually listen to myself, and to reconnect with the person I'd been neglecting for years.

The Aligned Artist Method is what came out of that rebuilding. Not a theory I studied, but a framework I lived my way into, one honest shift at a time.

Read The method
  • Alignment before achievement.

I spent years chasing a version of success that wasn't mine. Today, I'd rather build a life that's aligned than one that's simply impressive, and let everything else follow from there.

  • Energy is the foundation.

I learned the hard way that nothing I built could outlast the energy it cost me to hold it up. These days, energy comes first. Always.

  • Integrity over perfection.

I don't have this all figured out, and I've stopped pretending otherwise. I'd rather be honest about where I am than polished about where I'm not.

I've Been on Both Sides of the Chair

One of the greatest gifts this work has given me is the chance to walk beside people during some of the most important moments of their lives. Behind every appointment is a person carrying something you can't always see. It took me a long time to notice I was doing the same thing, present for everyone else while quietly carrying more than I ever let on.

Why I Believe Change Is Possible

People-pleasing. Overextending. Building something that looked good from the outside while it quietly wore me down. I've lived all of it. But I also know that the way you've been working does not have to become the way you keep living. Change begins when you stop abandoning yourself to hold everything else together. I don't claim to have all the answers, but I know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you while you find your way back.

Start Where You Are.

Begin with the guides and practical tools built from the same method, created to help you move forward at your own pace.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone.

If you're ready for support that meets you where you actually are, I'd love to work with you.
