A Different Definition of Success
Success should support the life you're building, not quietly dismantle it. Real success lets you stay connected to what you value while you keep growing, instead of asking you to trade one for the other.
It should create freedom. More room to breathe, more choice in how you spend your time, more of yourself available to the people and work you care about. If it's doing the opposite, if it's making you smaller, more depleted, more disconnected, it isn't success. It's just achievement wearing success's name.
